Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and raa8 ("raa8", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming and sports betting platform accessible at raa8.cam ("the Website"). These Terms govern your access to and use of the Platform, including all gaming, wagering, promotional, and financial services made available through raa8.cam.

By registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager on the raa8 platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform and must not register or maintain an account.

raa8 operates under an international gaming licence. These Terms are written in English and are the definitive version governing use of the Platform. Malaysian players are solely responsible for determining whether their participation in online gaming is lawful under applicable Malaysian law, including the Common Gaming Houses Act 1953 and the Betting Act 1953.

Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a Player on the raa8 platform, used to access gaming services, manage funds, and claim promotions.
• "Balance" means the total monetary value held in a Player's Account, including real money funds and any applicable bonus funds, denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM) unless otherwise specified.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, bonus amounts, free bet credits, or rebates credited to a Player's Account pursuant to a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required under raa8's compliance obligations.
• "Platform" means the raa8 website, mobile site, and all associated gaming products accessible at raa8.cam.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Player must wager a bonus amount before that amount or associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Transaction" means any deposit to, or withdrawal from, a Player's Account, including via FPX, DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, and cryptocurrency channels.

Account Eligibility

Eligibility to register and maintain an active account on raa8 is subject to the following requirements, all of which must be met and maintained on a continuous basis:

1. Age: You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. raa8 strictly enforces this minimum age requirement and reserves the right to require age verification documentation at any time.
2. Legal Capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the law applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.
3. Single Account: Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active Account on the Platform. Registering multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
4. Not Self-Excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order, voluntary exclusion period, or any other restriction on gambling activity applied by raa8 or any responsible gambling programme.
5. Not an Employee: You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer, or close family member of a person employed by raa8 or any of its affiliated service providers.
6. Accuracy of Information: All registration information provided must be accurate, complete, and truthful. Providing false information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of funds.

Account Registration

To access the gaming services offered on the raa8 platform, you are required to complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and contact number.

Upon registration, you will be required to create a username and password. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials. raa8 shall not be liable for any unauthorised access to your Account arising from your failure to safeguard your login information.

You agree to notify raa8 promptly via the live chat support facility or by email to [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your Account or any breach of security. raa8 reserves the right to suspend any Account pending investigation of suspected unauthorised access.

Terms of Use

By accessing or using the raa8 Platform, you agree to use it solely for lawful, personal, and non-commercial purposes. You acknowledge that the Platform is provided for entertainment purposes only and that participation in any gaming or wagering activity involves a risk of monetary loss.

You agree that you are accessing the Platform voluntarily, on your own initiative, and that you bear full responsibility for determining whether your use of the Platform is lawful under the laws of the jurisdiction from which you access it. raa8 makes no representation that the Platform or any content on it is appropriate or available for use in any particular jurisdiction.

You further agree to:

• Use the Platform only for your own personal use and not on behalf of or for the benefit of any third party;
• Not use any automated software, bots, scrapers, or similar tools to access the Platform or interact with its gaming services;
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise access the underlying software or infrastructure of the Platform;
• Not use the Platform in any manner that could disrupt, damage, or impair the operation of the Platform or the experience of other users;
• Comply with all applicable laws of your jurisdiction of residence when using the Platform.

Deposits & Payments

raa8 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods including FPX (Financial Process Exchange), DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank online banking, and selected cryptocurrency channels including Bitcoin (BTC), Ethereum (ETH), and Tether (USDT). Accepted payment methods are subject to change and may be updated from time to time without prior notice.

All deposits are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified. The minimum deposit amount varies by payment method and is displayed in the Deposit section of your Account. Deposits via e-wallet and DuitNow are typically credited instantly; FPX bank transfers may take 5–15 minutes; cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain confirmation times.

By making a deposit, you confirm that:

• The payment method used belongs to you and you are the authorised account holder;
• The funds deposited are not derived from any criminal, fraudulent, or otherwise unlawful activity;
• You are not using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or financial crime purpose.

raa8 reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any deposit and may request source-of-funds documentation as part of its AML (Anti-Money Laundering) compliance obligations. Deposits that fail AML checks may be returned to the originating payment method.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, subject to operational constraints. Withdrawals to Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay are typically processed within 5 minutes of approval. Withdrawals via DuitNow and FPX to Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank are typically processed within 5–60 minutes. Direct bank wire transfers may take up to 60 minutes.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• A Player must have successfully completed KYC verification before making any withdrawal;
• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method;
• Withdrawals of Bonus Funds are only permitted after the applicable Wagering Requirement has been satisfied in full;
• raa8 reserves the right to request additional identity or source-of-funds documentation before processing a withdrawal;
• Withdrawal requests may be delayed or declined where raa8 reasonably suspects fraud, bonus abuse, or a breach of these Terms.

Bonuses & Promotions

raa8 offers various promotional bonuses including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, cashback rebates, and cryptocurrency deposit bonuses. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the promotion, in addition to the general bonus terms set out in this section.

General Bonus Terms:

• Wagering Requirement: All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement as stated in the applicable promotion. Unless otherwise specified, the standard wagering requirement is between 10x and 20x the bonus amount.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: When Bonus Funds are active in your Account, the maximum bet per round or wager is capped at MYR 300 unless the promotion terms specify otherwise. Bets exceeding this cap while Bonus Funds are active may result in the forfeiture of the Bonus Funds and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games typically contribute 100%. Table games, including baccarat, blackjack, and roulette, may contribute 10%–20%. Live dealer games may contribute at a reduced rate. Specific contribution rates are published in the promotion details.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses expire within the time period stated in the promotion. The standard expiry period is 14 days from the date of crediting unless otherwise specified.
• One Bonus at a Time: Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the promotion terms.
• Abuse and Collusion: raa8 reserves the right to void any bonus and associated winnings, and to suspend any Account, where it reasonably suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, collusion, arbitrage, or any other strategy designed to exploit promotional offers.

Betting & Gaming Rules

All wagers placed on the raa8 platform are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant game or betting market. By placing a wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the rules of the applicable game.

In respect of sports betting markets, including those covering EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, UFC, and other events:

• All bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time of bet placement. raa8 reserves the right to limit or refuse any bet at its discretion;
• Bets placed in error due to technical malfunction are void and will be refunded to the Player's Account;
• In the event of an obvious pricing error (palpable error), raa8 reserves the right to void the affected bet and refund the stake;
• Settlement of betting markets is based on the official result as determined by the relevant sporting body. In cases of dispute, raa8's decision shall be final.

For casino games, including live dealer titles, all game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and verified by independent third-party testing laboratories. Published RTP figures represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee any specific outcome for any individual session or wager.

Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the raa8 platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering more than one Account, whether directly or through an associate or third party;
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or KYC verification;
• Using the Platform while under the age of 21;
• Using any software, tool, or technique designed to gain an unfair advantage over the Platform or other players, including but not limited to bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or exploit strategies;
• Engaging in any form of collusion, chip dumping, or coordinated play across multiple accounts;
• Attempting to manipulate, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Platform's software, gaming outcomes, or RNG processes;
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund an Account;
• Engaging in any activity that raa8 reasonably identifies as money laundering, financial fraud, or a violation of applicable anti-money laundering law;
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing raa8 staff or other players via any communication channel.

raa8 reserves the right to take immediate action upon detecting prohibited conduct, including Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and reporting to relevant authorities where required by law.

Account Suspension & Termination

raa8 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player Account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where it has reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The Player has breached these Terms in any material respect;
• The Account has been used for fraudulent, deceptive, or unlawful purposes;
• The Player has provided false or misleading information during registration or at any subsequent point;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or the safety of other users;
• The Account is subject to a legally mandated restriction, self-exclusion order, or regulatory instruction.

Upon termination of an Account for reasons other than a breach of these Terms, any remaining real-money balance (excluding Bonus Funds) will be refunded to the Player via the Player's registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC or AML verification requirements.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting raa8 Support via live chat or email. Please refer to the Responsible Gambling section if you wish to self-exclude from the Platform.

Responsible Gambling

raa8 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only. We strongly advise all players to gamble within their financial means and to never wager money that they cannot afford to lose.

raa8 provides the following responsible gambling tools, accessible from the Account Settings section:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps. Limits take effect immediately and cannot be increased for a mandatory cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Session Time Limits: Players may configure session reminders to alert them when a specified period of play has elapsed.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may voluntarily exclude themselves from the Platform for periods of 30, 90, or 180 days, or permanently. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours.

Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the raa8 platform, including but not limited to the raa8 brand name, logo, website design, software, content, graphics, and gaming interfaces, are the exclusive property of raa8 and its licensors. Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as granting any licence or right to use raa8's intellectual property without prior written authorisation.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content on the raa8 Platform without express written consent from raa8. Unauthorised use of raa8's intellectual property may give rise to legal action.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, raa8 shall not be liable for any loss or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Any loss of winnings, profits, or revenue, whether direct or indirect;
• Any interruption, suspension, or termination of access to the Platform due to technical failure, maintenance, or circumstances beyond raa8's reasonable control;
• Any loss of data or breach of Account security arising from your failure to maintain adequate password security;
• Any delays in the processing of deposits or withdrawals attributable to third-party payment providers including Maybank, CIMB, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, or cryptocurrency networks;
• Any consequence arising from your failure to comply with applicable laws in your jurisdiction of residence.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. raa8 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the reliability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform or any content therein.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which raa8 holds its international gaming licence. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that territory.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent raa8 from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction in connection with the protection of its intellectual property or confidential information.

Amendments to These Terms

raa8 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered Players via a prominent notice on the Platform or by email to the address registered on the Player's Account.

Continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment to these Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact raa8 Support to close your Account.

The version of the Terms applicable to any dispute shall be the version in force at the time the relevant transaction or event giving rise to the dispute occurred.
